• Right-to-work documentation

• Additional documents you choose to upload

4. Automated Processing

While Tribepad’s platform includes automated tools (e.g. CV parsing), no fully automated decision-making is used to determine hiring outcomes.

We share your data with trusted third-party sub-processors for essential services such as:

• Hosting (AWS UK)

• SMS communications (Commify)

• Job advertising partners (e.g. Indeed, TotalJobs, Vonq)

All third parties operate under strict data protection agreements with Tribepad.

6. Data Retention

Unless your application leads to employment, your data is retained for 2 years from your last activity. It will then be automatically deleted unless you are marked as 'Accepted' or 'Hired'.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data

• Correct inaccurate information

• Withdraw consent or request deletion (where applicable)

• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
